Listed below is a step-by-step process for obtaining a loan with us. Select either to apply as an individual or apply jointly.

Step 1: Contact an Eagle Mortgage & Funding Inc Loan Officer by completing an
online quick application or calling our office.

Step 2: After a short consultation, your Loan Officer will determine which loan product
best meets your needs. Our Loan Officers specialize in creating individualized loan
programs for each customer.

Step 3: Based on your needs, your Loan Officer will gather information to put together a customized loan program for you.

Step 4: You will need to gather several documents necessary for your loan approval. (see Mortgage Application Checklist)

Step 5: Throughout the process, your Loan Officer will keep you informed and answer all of your questions before closing.

Step 6: Once your loan has been finalized, your Loan Officer will contact you to set up an appointment for closing.
